Our puppies are well adjusted to home life with socialization with other puppies, dogs, people, and sounds. We utilize the following enrichment methods: They are handled daily from birth, and played with daily, car rides, various sounds, various people, nail trimming, various toys and chew bones, grooming desensitization, socialized with other animals, socialized with adult dogs, basic manners, name recognition, rotation of toys on regular basis to keep bright and alert, introduced to crate for traveling but never kept in a crate, washable potty pad training.

Prices range from $2500-$5000 with some of our more rare pups ranging $5000+​ All puppies are sold with a strict spay/neuter contract. Breeding rights are rarely given, they are given to approved breeders only.

Yes, all our puppies see our top-quality veterinarians and are health checked. All puppies have age-appropriate vaccines and regular deworming. At minimum puppies have an eight or nine week vet check and a go-home vet check.

The holding fee is $500. We have 2 options on holding fees.
1. $500 nonrefundable holding fee is paid when you pick out your pup, with the balance due at pick up.
2. Waitlist fee of $200. This is paid before babies are born. This puts you on the waiting list in order of when the fee is paid. Then the remainder of the holding fee is due when you select your pup. We always retain 1st picks in case we want to hold back any for the future of our program. Then those with a waitlist fee placed have the next picks. Then we go to the regular waitlist.
All of our adults are AKC and have been health tested.
Most of our babies are sold as pets only. Occasionally we will have litters we may offer with rights but additional references and information are required.
Puppies are priced after born. Average is around $2500-$5500. Sometimes a little less or more depending on various factors.

 We love to talk and get to know our clients. However, we prefer you to first fill out the puppy application so we can be familiar with what you are looking for. Then we can contact you either by text, email or call to discuss. To us, HEALTH matters! Our main goal first and foremost is the health of our puppies. We do not intentionally breed for Teacup, Extreme Tiny, Micro, or Toy Yorkies (Under 4 lbs). Our goal is to breed for the average range of 4 to 7 lbs. However, we do occasionally have a smaller or larger pups.

We do NOT offer stud service at this time.

Please fill out a “puppy application”. We may have a puppy currently available for you, or have one that we feel fits what you’re looking for at a young age, we will keep that puppy in mind for you.

Most of our babies are sold as pets only. Occasionally we may have litters that we offer rights to but additional references and information are required.

 We keep our puppies until they are 12 weeks old. We feel these extra weeks with the littermates and the mother help them to develop proper social skills and development. If the puppy is smaller in size we might chose to keep the puppy until 14-16 week. This ensures each baby has the very best start with their new family. We are always willing to work with our buyers to find the optimal go home date for each puppy.

We go to great lengths in everything we do to make sure you are 100% sure that we can be trusted. This website is quite the investment of time, you can see how huge it is and it’s not the work of someone trying to make a quick buck, just make sure you are talking to us at 901-268-7181, and ssyorkies3@gmail.com.  We have numerous references from clients and Veterinarians. Feel free to request a list of our references or better yet, set up FaceTime to meet and greet. We will gladly supply vet and buyer references. Plus, we love to FaceTime with our puppies.  We do not allow home visits. There are many reasons for this. The first is the cash value of puppies is very high. Our puppies can be turned around quickly for cash. We do not feel comfortable with home visits. Another reason is that we do not want any of our dogs to be exposed to outside contaminants. Visitors can also disturb our mothers, and put them on edge. This can cause a mother to pace around her pups and accidentally step on one. In the end, we know our clients want to feel comfortable about the environment their baby is coming from, but the protection of our puppies, parents and our families ultimately has to come first. We are more than happy to send videos, FaceTime, and we feel that our client’s testimonials of healthy pups speak volumes about the environment we create in our homes for our babies.

1. If possible we personally fly our babies to you. The cost for this option is the cost of the flight and the puppy fee charged by the airline. You must be punctual when meeting at the airport so make sure you leave early to be waiting for the arrival of your new furbaby. We are usually on a tight schedule to catch a return flight home. With this option the balance must be paid in cash at pick up. 

2. If we are not able to personally fly your baby to you we have reputable lap nannies that can personally fly your puppy to your nearest airport. Cost is estimated at around $650 but could be more or less depending on available flights and locations. The lap nanny has your baby with them at all times and is constantly giving them the best care. The lap nanny will give us options based on her schedule and we figure out a mutually convenient time for everyone. You must be punctual when meeting at the airport so make sure you leave early to be waiting on them. They are usually on a very tight schedule because they are having to catch a return flight home. You pay the lap nanny in cash when you pick up your baby from them. If you use a lap nanny your baby has to be paid for 3-5 days before lap nanny picks them up.

3. You can fly into our nearest airport to pick up your baby. We will meet you there and you will pay us in cash for your puppy.

4. If you prefer to drive we will gladly meet you within 1-2 hours of our homes at no charge. The puppy balance is paid in cash when we meet.

Note: We will never ship our baby’s cargo. They will only fly with a lap nanny because they deserve the best in personalized care.

Yes, we do EMBARK and/or Canine Health Check through Pawprint Genetics lab for genetic DNA testing. Each parent is tested for over 216 different genetic disorders/diseases.

On occasion, we do have adults available, and we will have those on the available puppies page.

We participate in Camlist and they do offer financing options. Contact us for more information.

Yes, absolutely.

The moment you place your partial holding fee we are planning our breedings so that we can produce the puppy you want. After you choose your puppy we no longer offer that baby to anyone else. That baby is yours! If for some reason you back out we have passed up on multiple sales for that puppy.
