Welcome to Sweet Southern Yorkies! We are two best friends, Kristi Ozanich from Tennessee and Melanie Coe from Virginia, dedicated to breeding high-quality Yorkshire Terriers. As small, in-home breeders, we share a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in our breeding practices.

All of our Yorkies are AKC registered and undergo comprehensive health testing to ensure their well-being. We specialize in breeding a variety of beautiful Yorkie colors, including Traditional, Parti, Chocolate, Chocolate Parti, and Black.
We cherish all of our babies and do everything we can to make sure they get the best lives possible. It starts with choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, proper socialization of puppies, daily care, veterinary care, and placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide everyone with a truly positive experience.

HOW DO I GET ON THE WAIT LIST?
The holding fee is $500. We have 2 options on holding fees.
1. $500 non-refundable holding fee is paid when you pick out your pup, with the balance due at pick up.
2. Waitlist fee of $250, this is paid before babies are born. This puts you on the waiting list in order of when the fee is paid. The remainder of the holding fee is due when you select your pup, with the balance due at pick up.
We always retain 1st picks in case we want to hold back any for the future of our program. Those with a waitlist fee placed have the next picks, after that we go to the regular waitlist.
All of our adults are AKC and have been health tested.
Most of our babies are sold as pets only. Occasionally we will have litters we will offer rights to breed, however, additional references and information are required.
Puppies are priced after born. AVERAGE is around $3000-$5500. Sometimes a little less or more depending on various factors.
